Sellers are expected to ship items within the processing time specified within their individual shop policies on their shop's page, unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon with you in writing (email). If there is a delay, the seller should notify you promptly.

  2. Shipping Address:
    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery. Sellers are required to ship items to the address provided during checkout, so it’s essential that your information is up to date.

  3. Tracking Information:
    When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking information if the seller provides it. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your door.

  4. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are determined by the individual seller and will be outlined in their shop policies. These costs are calculated based on factors like item weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.

  5. Delivery Expectations:
    Sellers comply with all U.S. shipping regulations and strive to deliver your order promptly. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the seller directly through your account dashboard for assistance.

  6. Lost or Missing Packages:
    In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, the seller may require valid proof of shipping to investigate. ShowHaus encourages sellers to work with customers to resolve these situations quickly.
