Founded by Merveilles Dimambu, Seraphic Couture specializes in custom Afrocentric fashion that honors heritage while pushing boundaries. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Merveilles brings bold vision and cultural pride to every garment she creates.
Now based in Iowa City after earning her degree in Apparel Merchandising and Design from Iowa State University, she introduces her debut collection, “Daring African.” Featuring striking prints and elevated silhouettes, the collection reclaims space and redefines eveningwear through the lens of power, pride, and individuality.
