Meet Founders Sami Hartong & Heather Hooton
Inspired by sustainability and slow fashion, Sami Hartong had long wanted to create a place where shopping for clothes made locally is easy, accessible, and reliable.
Working in the fashion industry and creating an inclusive community through a local fashion non-profit, Heather Hooton knew the power and excitement of bringing people together over a common cause.
After mutually recognizing a gap in support for indie designers and local fashion scenes, they envisioned a platform that would provide essential resources and a supportive community. The pieces fit together perfectly, and ShowHaus launched on August 14th, 2024.
